Anemia

Every girl in Indian villages should taste this recipe after the puberty function. Add ragi, til and jaggery in a bowl, pour some water till it gets adai batter consistency. Pour the batter on the dosa tava. This dish is suggested to every girl who has large amount of bleeding during periods. It increases strength and controls bleeding. In villages, this adai is given as a formal dish to the girl during the puberty function.

Medicine for uterus related diseases and anemia.

Due to heavy blood outflow during menstruation, women will have a weak uterus that leads to uterus related problems. For proper blood circulation, to strengthern uterus take hibiscus, pomegranate and sugar. Add four cups of sugar in one cup of water and heat it. After few minutes the sugar dissolves fully and water gets thicker. Grind the remaining ingredients in a form of paste and add it in sugar mixed water. Pour the syrup in a bottle after it cools down. A two tsp in a glass of water during the morning in an empty stomach and before going to bed will enhance the proper function of uterus.

Macrotyloma uniflorum (horse gram or kollu in Tamil ) and kodum puli ()Garcinia gummi-gutta is a tropical species of Garcinia native to Indonesia. Common names include garcinia cambogia (a former scientific name), as well as brindleberry, Malabar tamarind, and kudam puli (pot tamarind). Pot tamarind has a property of reducing appetite. It enhances weight reduction and results in taking less amount of healthy food. Kollu has a power of flushing out the unwanted or bad cholesterol from the body. All you need to do is take 10g of both items and rinse it in a clean water. Soak both the ingredient over night and heat the mixture without pouring the soaked water. Take 2tsp of ghee, one onion, and boiled corn. Fry onion in ghee till it gets light brown in color. Onion has large amount of medicinal values as well as calcium content. Daily 25g to 50g of raw onion intake prevents our body from most dangerous diseases like diabetes ( large amount of insulin in raw onion maintains sugar level in blood) , heart attack (prevents thickness of blood and improves blood circulation to heart) add Maize or sweet corn with few glasses of water. After the dish reaches the boiling point, add pepper and salt for taste. This soup supplies energy, makes your bones stronger.
