Inflammation is the source of dangerous complication.  Inflammation is caused by body heat. To reduce body heat many home remedies were prescribed by ayurvedic doctors and grand ma. I have mentioned some of the common remedies that are available in kitchen.

Gooseberry is the magical fruit that reduces body heat, promotes blood circulation, increases hair growth and more health benefits are hidden inside the small yellow fruit.  Take one fruit and grind it. Fill the glass with the juice of gooseberry and drink it.  


Rose petals with sugar works wonders for reducing body heat.  Dip the rose petals and grind it with sugar. You can add this in any delicious drink.  

Milk naturally has more vitamins and minerals.  Goat milk has some unique chemical components that reduces body heat.  It is highly recommended for people who are suffering from body heat.
